The Value Centre

The Value Centre is the business arm of the Fijeh Roseline Aadum Foundation that focuses exclusively on Enterprise Development in Africa.

Our services include the following;

1. Business Tool Kit or Business Start Up and Support

From the endless paperwork to the question of funding or management of your scarce resources, starting a business can be rather daunting with so much to learn, so much to do and so little support.  Our business advisers will help in the translating your big idea into a working document that will attract the right funding partners and ensure all start up basics are covered., leaving you with enough time and space to focus on the creative aspects of your business.

2. Business Advisory Services

When you travel on a road you have previously been, you tend to have more speed and arrive at the desired destination more quickly than your first time out.

At The Value Centre, our team of advisers has been in business for many years and have had personal experience in start-up and running of various enterprises. Our advisers are available to offer free business advice, information, review of business proposals and business plans. With a combined experience of over 100 years running businesses in Africa, very little will escape their attention.

If you will like a session with one of our advisers, please fill this form in the link.

3. Business Mentoring

Mentoring involves a one-on-one relationship between a less experienced person (mentee) and an established professional (Mentor), which provides consistent support, guidance and practical help.

It is a means of enabling a less experienced person to gain the necessary skills, knowledge and confidence to be able to perform at a higher level.  It is generally, a two-way process through which both parties derive satisfaction from the progress, and success is attained as the work together.

Mentors are available for Personal Mentorship, Group Mentoring (Virtual), Group Mentoring (Classroom).

If you’d like to apply for a personal business mentor or join a group mentoring session, please complete the Mentee Enquiry Form.

4. Business Library

Through our network of partnership, we provide a range of in-depth, accessible and affordable advice and services needed for the successful running and growing your business, from marketing and visibility to tax and financial issues.

5. Workshop/Training and Retreats

The Centre offers theme based retreats and workshops for two purposes: To offer staff a break from the office routine, and use the change in scenery to work on team building and garner valuable new insights from everyone involved.  These opportunities also help streamline the organisation’s vision, solve existing issues and improve team spirit between a business owner and staff, top management and other staff.

In the same way, conferences and roundtables are a great opportunity to showcase the organisation’s expertise, while providing unique networking possibilities.

Our signature programme is the ENTERPRISE SUMMIT, an annual event that brings entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs from all across Africa and from all works of life for a refreshing session with some of Africa’s best in Enterprise development.
